1.2 The purpose of the Website is to present the individuals of the Bernese Mountain Dog Stock having the longest lifetime and their bloodlines, to support preventing the health of the breed, help its fans in choosing their dogs as well as the owners and the breeders in presenting the Bernese Mountain Dogs they breed.
1.3 The Website is operated by Annamária and Gábor Ziegler (address: 2112 Veresegyház, Páskom utca 87/A., Hungary, e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, hereinafter: „the Operator”). The Operator operates the Website purely for personal and private purposes, outside any business type activity.
1.4 The Website is hosted by Web-Server Kft. (seat: 4025 Debrecen, Pásti u. 2., Hungary, phone: +36 52 541346, e-mail: email@example.com)
1.5 By registering at the Website the User accepts the provisions of this GTU.
2.1 The User may register and use the Website for his own risk. The User is solely and exclusively responsible for any activity undertaken by using his user name as well as for keeping his password safe.
The Operator does not undertake any responsibility or liability for any damages arising out of or in connection to any unexpected or modified operation or outage of the Website
2.2 After having registered at the Website, the User may create the data sheet of his Bernese Mountain Dog, when he may upload the data of his Bernese Mountain Dog and maximum of 5 photos of up to 2MB each.
2.3 The User may create data sheets and may upload the data of a Bernese Mountain Dog only if he is the owner or the breeder of such Bernese Mountain Dog. Breeder acknowledges and accepts that he may upload data of the owner if the owner has priorly consented thereto. Breeder shall be fully responsible and liable of receiving such prior consent.
2.4 One Bernese Mountain Dog may have only one data sheet in the Website.
2.5 The User is responsible for the validity of the information and data he has uploaded and that the photos do not infringe any third party’s rights.
2.6 The User undertakes to update the data he has uploaded to the Website quarterly, upon the request of the Operator.
The User undertakes to notify the Operator within 8 days if the Bernese Mountain Dog having the data he has uploaded to the Website dies, by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, for the purpose of keeping the authenticity and credibility of the data he has uploaded.
2.7 By accepting this GTU the User consents to the use of the contents he has uploaded to the Website by the Operator on social networking sites.
2.8 The Operator may at any time control if the data and information uploaded by the User to the Website corresponds to reality or may request the User at any time to verify the validity of the data uploaded by him, by an e-mail addressed to the User.
The User accepts that the Operator may delete those data, information and photos from the Website where he receives a notice or information that such data, information or photo does not correspond to reality or infringes third party’s right or may forbid placing such contents to the Website. The Operator is not obliged to give any reasoning to his such decision.
The Operator deletes the User’s data uploaded to the Website upon the request of the User.
2.9 The User may not upload advertisements to the Website! Advertisement means any and all textual, visual, auditive, interactive or non-interactive content that intends to promote or positively influence, either directly or indirectly, the consumption or use of a product, service, real estate, right or obligation (hereinafter: “product”); or the name, label, activities of a corporation or group of corporations; or the image of such corporation, group of corporations product, label or activity.
3.1 The Operator operates he Website within its personal and private activity, i.e. the Website is not operated for business purposes. Thereby, processing the personal data in the course of operating the Website does not fall under the scope of Regulation of (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council („the GDPR”) in accordance with Article 2 of the GDPR, nor falls it under the scope of Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information, in accordance with Article 2 par 6 of the Act, for the same reason.
3.2 In connection to the operating the Website the Operator may process certain personal data of the User, such as his name, e-mail address, IP address and other data uploaded by the User to the Website.
3.3 The User may freely amend any of the data he has provided in the course of his registration.
3.5 The User may at any time request written information on the processing of his personal data by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. The request will only be accepted authentic by the Operator if it has been sent from the registered e-mail address of the User. This, however, does not limits the Operator’s right to identify the User in any other way prior to giving him any information.
4.1 The Operator reserves his right to modify any of the provisions of this GTU. Users may receive information on any such modification as they enter the Website first time following such modification.
